About Novus

A rehabilitation centre for the whole recovery.

Novus is a physiotherapy and rehabilitation centre in Bathinda. We treat neurological, orthopedic and spinal conditions on the ground floor, and run a Pilates studio and gym on the floor above, so patients can move from treatment into strength work without changing clinic.

Our approach

Four things you can expect.

  • 01

    Assessment before treatment

Your first session is mainly examination and discussion. Identifying the cause properly takes time, and getting it right at the start saves weeks of treatment aimed at the wrong thing.

  • 02

    A clear explanation

We explain what we find in plain language, along with the reasoning behind the treatment plan. You should be able to describe your own condition after the first visit.

  • 03

Home exercises you can keep up

Progress depends on what happens between sessions. We prescribe a small number of specific exercises that fit into your day, because a short programme followed consistently works better than a long one that gets abandoned.

  • 04

    An honest referral when needed

If your condition needs imaging, medication or a surgical opinion, we will say so and help you reach the right specialist rather than continuing treatment that is unlikely to help.

The space

One building, two floors.

Ground floor

Clinical care

Private treatment rooms for neuro rehabilitation, spine care and physiotherapy, with enough space to assess movement properly.

First floor

Movement & strength

A Pilates studio and gym one floor up. When you are ready for strength work, you continue here with staff who already know your case.

Who we see

Who we treat.

Our patients include people recovering from stroke, office workers with long-standing neck and back pain, athletes returning after injury, mothers rebuilding strength after childbirth, and children who are behind on their physical milestones.

The conditions differ, but the method is consistent. We assess carefully, explain clearly, increase the load gradually, and continue until you can manage the activity that was difficult.
