Services

Our services, floor by floor.

All of the services below are delivered in the same building by a team that shares notes on your case. Each one begins with a full assessment.

01 / Ground floor

Clinical care

Assessment, hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation, covering neuro, orthopedic and spine care.

Neuro Rehabilitation

Comprehensive care for neurological conditions to restore function and improve quality of life.

We assess movement, balance, tone and coordination, then build a graded programme around the tasks that matter most in daily life, such as standing, walking, dressing and returning to work. Sessions combine hands-on facilitation with repeated task-specific practice, and the programme is adjusted as your capacity improves.

Commonly seen for

  • Stroke
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Spinal cord injury
  • Bell's palsy
  • Balance & gait difficulty

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Targeted treatment for bone, joint and muscle conditions to reduce pain and restore mobility.

Whether you are recovering from surgery, a fracture or long-standing joint pain, treatment begins by identifying which structures are involved and why. We then use manual therapy to settle the symptoms, followed by progressive loading to rebuild strength and range of movement.

Commonly seen for

  • Post-operative recovery
  • Knee & hip replacement
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Arthritis
  • Fracture rehabilitation

Spine Care

Specialised care for neck and back pain, posture correction and spinal disorders.

Most back and neck pain is mechanical and responds well to the right movement at the right stage. We examine how your spine moves and loads, treat the segments that are restricted, and prescribe a small set of exercises to hold the improvement. Where the problem is desk-related, we also look at how you sit and work.

Commonly seen for

  • Low back pain
  • Neck pain & cervical spondylosis
  • Disc-related pain
  • Sciatica
  • Postural strain

Sports Injuries

Advanced treatment and rehab for sports injuries to help you recover faster and perform better.

We treat the acute injury first, then progress you through the loading, speed and change-of-direction work your sport demands, testing at each stage. You return to play when you can tolerate the demands of the sport, rather than on a fixed date.

Commonly seen for

  • Ligament & meniscus injury
  • Ankle sprain
  • Tennis & golfer's elbow
  • Muscle strain
  • Return-to-play testing

Pediatrics Rehabilitation

Helping children achieve their physical milestones and reach their full potential.

Paediatric sessions are built around play rather than instruction. We assess milestones, tone and movement quality, work with parents on what to practise at home, and set the pace to what the child can manage that day.

Commonly seen for

  • Delayed milestones
  • Cerebral palsy
  • Torticollis
  • Gait abnormalities
  • Coordination difficulty

Women Fitness

Pre & Postpartum Recovery

Empowering women through safe, effective fitness and recovery before and after motherhood.

Pregnancy and delivery change how the core and pelvic floor function, and general exercise programmes often overlook this. Sessions are built around what is safe at your stage, with attention to breathing, pelvic floor control and a gradual return to strength, whether your goal is carrying your child comfortably or returning to previous training.

Commonly seen for

  • Antenatal fitness
  • Postnatal recovery
  • Pelvic floor weakness
  • Diastasis recti
  • Return to exercise

Movement & strength

07 / First floor

Pilates Studio

Controlled, low-impact strength and mobility work for the stage after clinical rehabilitation.

Pilates suits the stage where pain has settled but strength and control have not yet returned. Because the studio is directly above the clinic, your therapist and instructor work from the same plan, and sessions are adapted around any ongoing injury.

Commonly seen for

  • Mat & equipment-based sessions
  • Post-rehab progression
  • Core control
  • Mobility & posture
  • Small-group and one-to-one

08 / First floor

Gym

Strength training on the same floor as the studio, so progressive loading continues in one place.

Returning to normal training is the stage where progress most often stalls. With the gym in the building, you can continue loading under supervision, with staff who know your history, until the injury no longer needs managing.

Commonly seen for

  • Strength & conditioning
  • Guided progression from rehab
  • Supervised training
  • General fitness
